Honoring Artists in Odessa
During the City Day celebration, Odessa's mayor, Gennady Trukhanov, reflected on the year's achievements and presented the 'Cultural Capital' award to distinguished artists.
"In times of war, culture serves not only as a source of inspiration but also as an indomitable force that unites us. The ideas and emotions you convey through your art provide support to our citizens, heal wounds, and inspire hope for a brighter future," said Gennady Trukhanov.
Supporting artists during this challenging time is extraordinarily important. Their talents not only revive national pride but also bolster the economy.
Every project, exhibition, or concert is an opportunity for all of us to feel unity and demonstrate that we stand together in the fight for peace and prosperity.
